Refund Policy

1. Free trial first
EmailSavy offers a free tier so you can evaluate the product before paying. We strongly recommend testing on the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. 7-day refund window
If you're unsatisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage of paid-tier features (e.g. tracked email volume, sent campaigns).
3. Pro-rated refunds for annual plans
For annual subscriptions, refunds requested after 7 days but within the first month are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
- Email emailsavy@startuptalky.com from the address on your account
- Include your account email and date of payment
- Briefly describe the reason — this helps us improve the product
- We'll process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
5. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Accounts that have violated the Terms of Service (e.g. spam, abuse)
- Add-on purchases (e.g. additional email volume packs) — these are non-refundable once consumed
- Payments older than the windows above
- Refund requests made via chargeback without first contacting support — chargebacks may result in account termination
6. Cancellation vs refund
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund — you must request one separately if you're within the 7-day window.
