Refund Policy

Try EmailSavy free. If a paid plan doesn't work for you, request a refund within 7 days of payment and we'll process it pro-rated.

1. Free trial first

EmailSavy offers a free tier so you can evaluate the product before paying. We strongly recommend testing on the free tier before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. 7-day refund window

If you're unsatisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage of paid-tier features (e.g. tracked email volume, sent campaigns).

3. Pro-rated refunds for annual plans

For annual subscriptions, refunds requested after 7 days but within the first month are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund — you must request one separately if you're within the 7-day window.

Indian customers: All payments are processed in INR via Razorpay. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) per Razorpay's standard timelines (typically 5–7 business days).
