Most questions have a quick answer:
- Tracking not firing? Make sure your Gmail account matches the one you signed up with — see the yellow banner in Gmail if there's a mismatch.
- Reply wasn't detected? Open the Gmail thread once — proactive inbox scan will flag it.
- Want to cancel Pro? Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel. Takes effect at end of current period.
- Custom domain setup? See the CNAME instructions in Settings → Custom Domain.
- Refund? Within 7 days and <100 tracked emails → yes. See Terms.
