Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free tier works without any payment info. You only enter card details if you upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard — takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refund within 7 days of first Pro payment if you've used fewer than 100 tracked emails. After that, case-by-case. Email us.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. We prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
Via Razorpay: credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, Paytm, PhonePe. Secure — we never see your card details.

How does the free tier's 50 email limit work?
You can send up to 50 new tracked emails per calendar month. Replies to old tracked emails don't count. Limit resets on the 1st of each month. We show a banner when you hit 80%.
